Frequently asked questions

In what form do I receive the results of a requested test?: They are delivered in the same format as the public results — test video, verdict, verdict evidence, and limitations.
Can we test with our own robot or our own AI?: Signed-up members can connect an AI under [My AI connection] and run a connection test. Running the same tests with your AI opens to invited members first. Robot upload is in preparation, so for now it is done through a custom validation request or a joint pilot test. A robot file (URDF) summary is available right away under [Try it].
Is this a physical robot test?: It is a simulation test. It does not replace physical testing.
Is this an accredited certification test?: No. These are in-house standard tests defined by imSim. This is not a certification by an accredited test body.
How is the cost determined?: Submitting an inquiry is free. Test scope and cost are set by contract after our reply with a quote.
Our data must not leave the company.: This can be done with an on-premises installation. It is installed on your premises so that data and results do not leave your company.
